Our Customer Service is available to help you from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturdays and Public Holidays from 9:00 – 16:00.
Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with a tracking number, to enable you to track your order online. You may advise on the method you would like to receive your tracking number, i.e. SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- Please note, we do not do cash refunds.
- You have 14 days to exchange an item bought for a store voucher credited to your name, provided the item is still in a saleable condition. An electronic voucher will be emailed to you.
- We do not reimburse shipping or return fees.
- You can send back your order to POSTNET Hartbeespoort. Please email us your tracking number at firstname.lastname@example.org
