What sizes do you offer?

Ready to wear collection start from size 30 to 40, however, garments can be graded to other sizes depending on fabric availability.

Can I place an order on a sold out item?

Yes, you can depend on fabric availability. In cases where the fabric is unavailable, a suitable alternative will be suggested to be used on the same design. This process takes 7-10 working days. The garment I purchased is slightly bigger or small, can you do alterations?

Alterations are done at no cost. You can send the garment back to the address provided. For those close by, you are welcome to physically bring in the item. In the case where you are too far, kindly wear the item and send us a picture.

How long does delivery take?

All delivery is outsourced and takes about 3-5 working days. In cases where delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, kindly contact us to assist you on +27 84 646 7122.

What is your exchange/refund policy?

  • Please note, we do not do cash refunds.
  • You have 14 days to exchange an item bought for a store voucher credited to your name, provided the item is still in a saleable condition. An electronic voucher will be emailed to you.
  • We do not reimburse shipping or return fees.
  •  You can send back your order to POSTNET Hartbeespoort. Please email us your tracking number at exchanges@brytsparrk.co.za

I bought online and would like to track my order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with a tracking number, to enable you to track your order online. You may advise on the method you would like to receive your tracking number, i.e. SMS, WhatsApp or Email.

Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 17:00
Saturday and holidays – 09:00 to 16:00
Sunday – Closed
